To develop the visual style of HR Brand, we rest upon the H.E.A.R.T. principles that have been recently accepted within the company, which are:

But as it turned out, the list was not enough. Why? Because it does not form the company's image in the eyes of Wargaming employees. Not to mention potential candidates. This is why we organized a survey among our closest colleagues and friends, asking them a single question:
